Astor 1 is a high-rise apartment tower on plot IA25 in the Nam Thăng Long (Ciputra) urban area, Phú Thượng Ward, Hanoi. The project is developed by Pristie, designed by Stellar, built by Delta Construction Group as general contractor, with CBRE in charge of operations and management.
The building has 40 above-ground floors and 2 basement levels on a 0.36 ha site, with a building density of about 37%. The architecture is inspired by Art Deco, with a 9 m-high main lobby. All 350 apartments are laid out so that both the unit and its bedrooms receive natural light and breezes.
The range runs from studios and 2–3 bedroom units to 5-bedroom Dual Key units, plus duplexes and garden penthouses on the upper floors. The 25 on-site amenities include a year-round pool, a wellness area, gym and yoga, a Kids Club, 3D golf, a library, a clubhouse and about 3,000 m² of greenery.
Apartments are handed over fully finished with built-in fittings, including a dishwasher, a HEPA-filtered heat-recovery ventilation system, RO water filtration and a smart-home package.
